Association de Développement rural international du Bas Ségala/International Rural Development Association of Bas Ségala (ADRIBS) is a non-profit organization which was established in 2018 in Tayrac, France. Tayrac is a small village located south west of France. ADRIBS’ team consist of 6 members and 4 volunteers.

With the contribution and participation of local communities, local authorities, volunteers, other NGOs, farms, entrepreneurs, schools, etc. and with the funding opportunities from local authorities or European Commission ADRIBS aims to

  • develop and implement projects in the field of rural development, personal development, youth work, education, entrepreneurship, tourism, environment;
  • host volunteers during specific projects;
  • organize workshops about rural development, hippo(horse) therapy, permaculture, cultural heritage, alternative tourism, youth employability;
  • organize cultural activities to promote inclusion of community;
  • contribute to the improvement of youth with disabilities such as intellectual disabilities or mental diseases or disadvantages through using alternative methods such as hippo(horse)

therapy;

  • to promote Erasmus + Program around its region;
  • contribute active citizenship.

I & F Education and Development Ltd

Ireland

I & F Education is an Irish based organisation working in and from Dublin for the educational development of people of all ages, especially in the areas of entrepreneurshipsport and personal developmentyouth and schoolslanguage acquisition, inclusion and diversity and rural development. We stress and put the emphasis on lifelong learning as well as adult learning.

Our six main areas of work are:

1. Entrepreneurship: our programmes aim to raise people’s heights by providing courses and workshops on soft skills, key competences, social inclusion, emotional intelligence, care of the environment, etc. We also provide assistance and support for the social inclusion of immigrants and refugees.

2. Sport and Personal Development: our programmes have helped young people to become a better version of themselves through our Soccer and Personal Skills Programme at St Joseph’s Football Club in Cabinteely and Leicester Celtic FC in Nutgrove. We also currently work with the Rockbrook Padel Club in Rathfarnham.

3. Youth and Schools: young people can learn key competences if the educational setting is right. We believe in providing young people with the tools to improve their personal development in many areas, such as emotional intelligence, soft skills, care of the environment, sociability and entrepreneurship. We offer help and courses to people in disadvantaged areas, students suffering from bullying, those who have family problems and those who find it hard to integrate in society in general.

4. Language acquisition: we run year long, terms and short stay language and cultural programmes for young people from abroad to learn English and stay in Irish host families. The students attend Primary and Secondary Schools in the areas of Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford and Cavan. Please look up www.irelandandfamilies.com for further information.

5. Social Inclusion and Diversity: Today, an increasing number of people are long-term unemployed, face discrimination and situations of social exclusion and poverty, or are at risk of socio-economic marginalisation. The Inclusion and Diversity Programme devised by I & F develops project ideas with an emphasis on inclusion and diversity. It also develops trustworthy partnerships and engages with programmes in a meaningful way.

6. Rural Development: We work on six priorities:

-fostering knowledge transfer and innovation in agriculture, forestry and rural areas;
-enhancing the viability and competitiveness of all types of agriculture, and promoting innovative farm technologies and sustainable forest management;
-promoting food chain organisation, animal welfare and risk management in agriculture;
-promoting resource efficiency and supporting the shift toward a low-carbon and climate resilient economy in the agriculture, food and forestry sectors;
-restoring, preserving and enhancing ecosystems related to agriculture and forestry;
-promoting social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas.

Association SEDA

Poland

Association SEDA is a young organization established in 2019. A team of young scientists and people involved in adult education as well as those educated in the social sciences have created the association, enabling the implementation of educational projects related to adult education.

The mission of the Association is educational, training and assistance activities.

SEDA’s statutory objectives are implemented by organizing training sessions, workshops, conferences, programs and assistance actions, as well as by developing training materials.

The association aims to improve the competences and skills of adults acting in accordance with the idea of lifelong learning.

The employees and trainers working in the Association are highly qualified staff in terms of both education and professional skills. In addition, the Association cooperates with numerous adult organizations ( e.g. third age universities, prison associations) as well as public and private institutions from various branches (eg universities, research institutes, prison inspectorate , foundation for disabled people, etc.).

Association aims to participate in new international multilateral projects fulfilling assumption of Life Long Learning approach.

Association SEDA cooperates close with few institutions and organizations dealing with adult learning. We cooperate with the Third Age University from Kocmyrzów near Kraków, with Center of Seniors Activation as well as with the Pontifical University of John Paul II. In our daily work we elaborate educational material according to the needs of our target groups as well as performing various trainings and lectures for our beneficiaries. We organize and co-organize also various fares and local events where we present different aspects of our activities.

Foundation Agro Center for Education

Since 2006, FACE as an organization is dealing with development of training programs in non-formal education and promoting the non-formal and lifelong learning concept, focusing on international cooperation. As mentioned above, the main focus of FACE activities are the opportunities that are funded by Erasmus+ Program. EU through the form of Erasmus+ Program gives the opportunity by learning mobility in terms of transnational mobility undertaken for a period of time, consciously organized for educational purposes, to acquire new competences and knowledge for their own staff, as well as for learners from the group of FACE’s Stakeholders. A wide variety of projects and activities that were implemented so far in formal or non-formal settings are on big support for achieving the strategic goals of the Organization.

The education cervices of FACE strive to ensure equal access to knowledge for all stakeholders, students and teachers, adjacent industries, government and local administration, entrepreneurs, advisory service providers, experts from private and non-governmental organizations, FACE employees and especially, but not exclusively, to the members of the rural communities.

The 13+ years of experience, and implemented over 40+ projects which had strong educational components and more than 120 events (trainings, seminars, round tables, workshops), is based on the connection between the education and the research, with emphasis on the promotion of innovative and applicable mechanisms.

The projects that FACE has implemented had fostered a large number of users of the educational services that we offer and we are continuously working on adjusting the non-formal educational programs to the needs of the market economy rules, the needs of the labor market and public services.

The main areas that FACE is working on are:

The non-formal education – (focus on Vocational Education and Training – VET). Most of the activities of FACE put the focus on the promotion of the quality of the non-formal education, as well as creating synergies and interaction between formal, informal and non-formal learning. FACE actively works on adjusting the non-formal educational programs to the needs to the market economy rules, labour market needs and public services. FACE has experience in implementing the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) as a European initiative, allowing for the accumulation and transfer of credits gained through the recognition of learning outcomes in vocational education and training (VET) across Europe Employment and social inclusion – FACE is continuously working on the improvement of the process of individual’s self-realization within a society, acceptance and recognition of one’s potential by social institutions, integration (through study, employment, volunteer work or other forms of participation) in the web of social relations in a community. With the activities of the organization, FACE is directly working on the improvement of the skills, knowledge and competences of the target groups, and increases the chances for employment, encouraging the role of the business sector in the education process.

Social entrepreneurship – FACE activities refers to the development of social entrepreneurship so as to be an alternative for young unemployed. The main objective is to upgrade the vocational training system in order to provide effective courses in the subject of entrepreneurship.

E-learning – FACE has already created different form of e-learning in the previous projects, from Distance Education, to computerized electronic learning, online learning, game learning, internet learning and many others.

Sectors in which FACE is very active are:

Agriculture – (organic and conventional) FACE’s education services strive to satisfy the needs of the farmers, experts, industry managers, policy makers, civil servants and the NGO sector in Macedonia and in the region in areas of agriculture, food production, environment protection and rural development.

FACE is committed to the development of the agriculture in Macedonia and the region, trough capacity building, based on non-formal and formal education.

Rural development – FACE is continuously working on the improvement of the promotion of the development of rural economies and the creation of local strategies for rural development and to promote development of rural economies.

Tourism – Tourism is one of the most important economic branches in Europe, with a particularly important occupational relevance. Every year, outdoor tourism is becoming increasingly important within the sector.

INDEPCIE SCA

INDEPCIE (Institute for the personal development, entrepreneurship, coaching and Emotional Intelligence) is a training company founded in 2017 focused in the attitudinal training and the improvement of human performance. We work with our clients with the aim of increasing their results both in personal or professional areas, developing techniques and strategies in the areas of coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

INDEPCIE trains persons in the framework of their companies, so both the individuals and their organizations acquire skills and habits leading to a continuous improvement. We use the most advanced techniques in teaching and training to develop and achieve this ambitious goal as experts in team management, sales training, emotional management and motivation.

INDEPCIE is a new company which learns from the experience gained by its staff, professionals with years of background in the fields of training and the development and management of transnational projects in the frame of Erasmus + Program.

We have a high social commitment and we work actively with different young and women organizations, disadvantages groups, chambers of commerce and NGOs under a triple focus.

INDEPCIE pursues the personal development offering training programs to strength the self-knowledge, the awareness, the improvement of the interpersonal skills and the full development of the individual potential.

From an entrepreneurial point of view, we promote the professional and organizational improvement through communication and interpersonal skills. Thus, we reinforce the link between departments, customers and suppliers; the strategic planning and conflict solving. All this in order to maximize the results of the company, time management and productivity.

INDEPCIE develops permanently its own training programs, endowing participants with techniques, tools and skills in the fields of human development, emotional and physical health.

We belong to FAECTA (Andalusian Cooperative Federation), so we have a strong network of partners and companies in our region to develop, implement or disseminate projects.

Though it is a new brand institution, INDEPCIE staff has a large experience in the design, implementation, development and evaluation of training programs at regional and local level in the areas of NLP, Coaching and Emotional Intelligence.

Besides of our work with companies, public institutions (councils, municipal associations, job incubators, chambers of commerce…) or organizations such as Spanish Red Cross or Instituto Andaluz de la Mujer (Andalusian Institute for Women), INDEPCIE has a deep commitment with training at the highest level, especially with those low-skilled and young people.

We are focused in the development of entrepreneurship, leadership and self-leadership, employability and soft skills (communication, interpersonal relationships…), adapting from a very pragmatic perspective our expertise to the real world.

In a more academic area, we are responsible of the Certification as University Expert in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Intelligence in the University of Córdoba.

Our staff has a solid background in the development and implementation of funded projects in the frame of Erasmus + KA2 and in the areas of entrepreneurship, leadership and application of coaching, Emotional Intelligence and soft skills to different fields. In fact, we have five approved KA204 projects which started in the autumn of 2019:

FS2022. Regarding the 10 skills which, according to the World Economic Forum report ‘The Future of Jobs’ will be demanded for workers in the next decades, including creativity, communication, complex problem solving, emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility. In this project our staff will be especially involved in the generation of tools and training modules on Emotional Intelligence, communication and cognitive flexibility.
